"Virtual Currency" ("VC") means digital assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and similar.

By accessing or using Flashift, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must refrain from using the service. Use is permitted only where it is legal to do so, and only by individuals who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

Flashift's Role:

Flashift is a non-custodial cryptocurrency aggregator that enables users to compare multiple EPs and access their services. Flashift does not hold user funds, execute transactions, or offer custodial or fiat services. All transactions are performed directly by the selected EP, and governed by that provider’s terms and policies.

EP Services:

Flashift collaborates only with EPs that operate lawfully in their jurisdictions. We do not control or oversee the compliance obligations, transaction policies, or execution standards of these partners. Users are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the EP’s own terms before proceeding.

KYC/AML Compliance:

Flashift does not conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures itself. If your transaction requires additional verification, this will be handled directly by the selected EP in accordance with their compliance policies. All compliance and identity verification obligations are the responsibility of the EPs. Depending on the EP selected for a swap, you may be required to provide personal identification or undergo a verification process in accordance with that provider’s policies and legal obligations.
By using Flashift, you acknowledge and agree that:
• The EP you choose may request KYC information or block certain transactions based on risk analysis, regulatory requirements, or geolocation checks.
• Flashift may share relevant technical or transaction data with the EP as needed to facilitate compliance.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that you cooperate with any such requirements and that your use of the service complies with applicable laws.

Fees and Transparency:

Flashift’s service is provided to users free of charge. All transaction fees are included in the quoted rate shown during the swap process; any potential additional charges will be clearly displayed upfront and are paid directly to the selected EP.

Flashift does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Any informational content on the site is for general purposes only. Users should consult professional advisors before making financial decisions.

Risk Disclosure:

Using digital assets involves significant risk. These include market volatility, irreversibility of transactions, and technological uncertainties. Flashift is not liable for losses related to the use of the service or interactions with EPs.

Limitation of Liability

Flashift is not responsible for:
• Transaction outcomes or losses resulting from third-party providers;
• Inaccuracies in displayed rates or swap terms;
• Errors or failures due to user mistake, blockchain delays, or technical issues;
• Suspension of services due to legal or compliance action.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and functionality available on Flashift.app are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose materials without explicit written permission.

Privacy and Data Use

Flashift does not directly collect personal identification data during the swap process. Technical and usage data may be processed to support the service and detect fraud. Where necessary, data may be shared with EPs to enable compliance checks. Users are advised to review each partner’s privacy policy for details.

Service Integrity

We aim to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, system upgrades, or third-party failures may result in temporary disruptions.

Termination
